Apple Filling
Ingredients
- 3 cups thinly sliced apple (peeled
and cored)
- 3/4 cup DiabetiSweet
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons margarine (melted)
- Prepared pie crust
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Combine DiabetiSweet, flour, salt and cinnamon.
Add
apples to mixture. Mix until apples are coated.
Spoon
apple mixture into pie crust. Drizzle melted margarine
over top. Bake about 55 minutes. Remove from
oven and allow to cool before serving.
